Triune Mercy Center

"Triune Mercy Center is a non-denominational mission church that ministers with and alongside the homeless. Located near downtown Greenville, SC, Triune serves both marginalized and affluent Christians.

More than a hundred years ago, Triune Mercy Center was founded as a small Methodist church to worship God and teach the gospel of Jesus Christ. In 1989, Triune answered a new call to service when a few of its women opened the church doors to provide a hot meal for eight people.

In the 21 years since, Triune — with the help of 50 partner churches — has fed, clothed, and shepherded thousands of people who had nowhere else to turn.

The cornerstone of the Triune Mercy Center is worship – held at 11 AM and 6 PM each Sunday in the beautiful Triune Chapel. The interdenominational services attract a diverse population of Greenville’s homeless and affluent. They provide a gathering place for those who, in the words of the prophet Micah, desire “to do justice, and to love kindness, and to walk humbly with (their) God.”

The Triune Mercy Center also meets the physical needs of many in the surrounding neighborhood with a soup kitchen, clothes closets, food pantry and laundry services. For those ready to change their lives, the center offers help in accessing drug rehabilitation programs, employment and housing."...From

Mauldin United Methodist partners with Triune Mercy Center in many ways.  We serve meals once every other month.  A schedule of classes and when they are serving next is located below.  We collect food items for their food pantry at least once a year and have responded to emergency requests, the last time filling up two church vans with food items.  We provide funds through our budget and we encourage members to occasionally participate in their Sunday evening worship services.
