Woodworking Shop:

The Mauldin UMM Woodworking Shop was initiated in 2007 by Mr. Norman Caplinger.  Its purpose is to serve the church by providing facilities to help the church save money on custom furniture, provide repairs to existing equipment in the church, and supply the community with services such as donated Flag Cases to widows of servicemen in our church family.

Billy Clark Family-Scripture Union

Mauldin UMC has worked with Scripture Union for five years to send missionaries to Peru to work with and for street boys they help to raise.  The Mauldin UMM has taken on partial support of the Billy Clark family to help them continue to  spread the work about the boys and help Scripture Union continue to thrive.

Strong Communities:

STRONG COMMUNITIES is a comprehensive effort to prevent child maltreatment by building systems of support for families of young children. Our vision is for every child and every parent to be confident that someone will notice and someone will care whenever they have cause for joy, sorrow, or worry.

Homes of Hope:

Jesus called us in Matthew 25 to be His hands and feet in meeting the needs of others. He then commissioned us in Matthew 28 to make disciples of all people.  Homes of Hope exists to fulfill both of these challenges from our Lord.

We believe that the simple act of meeting a need is only the beginning.  Our desire is to help others change their lives.  Our vision is to touch these lives through:
- Housing those in need.
- Mentoring/job training men overcoming addictions.

Boys Scouts of America:

The mission of the Boy Scouts of America is to prepare young people to make ethical choices over their lifetimes by instilling in them the values of the Scout Oath and Law.
